This session helps you to assess if you are ready for homeownership.

This is a 1-hour free, informative virtual group class, where we will walk you through the steps you need to take in order to become a homeowner and find out everything related to the buying process.

Please note: If you are looking to attend our HUD-Approved Homebuyer Workshop, this class + an individual counseling session are mandatory.

Post Purchase Workshop 6/21/22 (English)

In this workshop, you will learn how to maintain your finances in great shape as well as how to maintain your home.

The purpose of this class is to show you the road to financial sustainability after your home purchase. We will cover budget and credit; home repairs, maintenance plan and so much more.

It was such a great feeling when you became a homeowner. After you have overcome the barriers of income, credit and/or capital, you were able to close on your home loan and move into your new home.

You have achieved the American Dream. Many new home owners are tempted to buy new furniture, new appliances, new lawn equipment, new cars without thinking about the consequences on their credit and capital. You worked too hard to improve your credit scores before you bought your home.
