Let's say you want to take our 8-hour (parted over two days) virtual workshop for first-time homebuyers, but you don't have time on those particular days. And every time is the same; our class calendar does not fit your tight schedule.

Now you can take the same HUD-certified workshop through EHome America. EHome America's Homebuyer Education Workshop gives you the flexibility you need. Learn how to become a homeowner on the days and when you have time available. You can achieve the same result -learn everything you need to buy your first home- at your own pace.

  • Shop for a home
  • Maintain your home

Certificate of completion presented to the client and/or lender upon completing a counseling session with the homeownership advisor (if required).

Please note: If you are using government subsidy programs, some local government subsidy programs require subsidy holders to attend the class-based training.
