The Mortgage Relief Program (MRP) provides financial assistance to Miami-Dade County homeowners who are experiencing hardship as outlined below and struggling to pay their mortgage and/or utility bills.
Beginning April 2023, we are proud to announce that Neighborhood Housing Services of South Florida (NHSSF) is partnering with Miami-Dade County Community Action and Human Services Department (CAHSD) to provide up to $1,500 per household towards past due mortgage payments, past due homeowner association (HOA) fees, homeowner’s insurance and/or utility bills.
