The NHSSF Team is monitoring the COVID-19 outbreak with growing concern. We know that by now many of you have received information from local, state, and federal authorities. The outbreak is probably beginning to affect your plans and daily life.
You may be uncomfortable coming to a large group class or you are experiencing cold or flu symptoms and should engage in social distancing. You can continue your homeownership journey and attain your 8-hour homebuyer certificate. We encourage you to use the NHSSF “Skip the Trip” services to access some of our programs:
- You can sign up for the online 8-hour homebuyer session with our E-Home America https://www.ehomeamerica.org/nhssf for a small fee.
- To submit homebuyer education documents via our secure online web portal click https://nhssf.org/document-upload/.
- You can apply for a mortgage loan with NHSSF via our secure online web portal at https://nhssf.org/mortgage-lending/.
- Customers may mail documents to NHSSF at 300 NW 12th Avenue, Miami Florida 33128.
One on One Virtual Client Counseling
Let us help you stay on track with improving your credit and managing your household budget. You can “meet” virtually with our counselors via video conferencing or teleconferencing. Our counselors will be happy to set up a phone call or videoconference.
NHSSF is open for business but we have made some modifications to our daily routine. We have asked employees who have flu or flu like symptoms to work from home. We have provided our staff with all available public health information and encouraged everyone to adhere to the directives given to minimize infection or its spread.
