This year, Neighborhood Housing Services of South Florida is celebrating 45 years of existence, serving residents across South Florida with achieving homebuying & homeownership services and products. A monumental milestone like this one, deserves a celebration to mark the occasion. To this end, we will host a series of events with the participation of the community and partner institutions and stakeholders looking forward to the NEXT 45 – Building Future Communities!
The first event launching NHSSF NEXT 45 – Building Future Communities will take place at the end of this month. On Thursday, March 30, from 1:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., we invite all South Florida residents looking to start their homebuying journey, in need of help to regain control of their personal finances, or in search of an affordable loan to buy their first home, to reserve a spot at our Open House event.
Once you reserve a time slot and step into our office on March 30, NHSSF staff will help you open your account on our client’s portal and complete your profile. This is the first step to register for our virtual classes or request a counseling session with our housing experts.
During our Open House we will showcase NHSSF’s current services and programs and, more importantly, share the exciting projects we are launching to positively impact the future well-being of our communities.
Finally, all those clients who reside in Miami- Dade who already started the home buying process with us and need help notarizing the Counseling Intake Package, can visit us on the Open House and our notaries in house will gladly provide the service for free. [Please remember to bring a valid ID with you to notarize the Counselling Package].
