NHSSF offers a comprehensive set of lending options included as an integral part of our one-stop-shop.
Our lending department will work in partnership with the homebuyer and the assigned homeownership counselor to customize your loan. Special consideration is given to the needs of first-time and low- to moderate-income homebuyers and the barriers they face in achieving homeownership.
NHSSF works closely with investors in the secondary market to provide funding for our lending program.
